Excellent service, flexible check-in/out, comfortable and clean, close to S-Bahn station and supermarket, helpful owner, spotless.

The staff was excellent and very helpful, making us feel at home during our stay. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and a large supermarket that stayed open late. We also took advantage of the lounge area that had a kettle to make hot drinks and relax with our laptops. The towels were also very affordable.
The payment process was a bit confusing, and we were charged extra at first, but the issue was quickly resolved. We were also disappointed that there were not enough power sockets near our beds.

A big supermarket is only around 700 m away, providing a handy option for purchasing essentials. the hostel is kept clean with separate clean bathrooms and toilets for men and women. the staff is friendly and helpful.
There were some issues with paying for the stay, which might result in being charged extra but the money will be returned.
